What we collect

• Anonymous request logs. Our edge CDN (Cloudflare) records each request — timestamp, URL, country, user-agent, response code — for security and reliability. Logs are retained for a short period and not joined with any other data.
• Aggregated analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or a similar lightweight tool to see how many people are playing and which games are popular. These are cookie-free and don't identify you.

What we don't collect

• We don't ask for your email, name, or any personal info to play.
• We don't set tracking cookies of our own.
• We don't sell or share data with brokers.
• We don't fingerprint your device.

Embedded games

Each game in our catalogue is hosted by its original developer or publisher, and is loaded into an iframe when you press play. Once a game loads, that developer's own privacy practices apply to anything inside the frame. We sandbox the iframe to limit what it can access, but we can't control what those games do internally.

Ads & Google AdSense

NOVA uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense and its partners may store and/or read information on your device — such as cookies and device identifiers — to deliver, personalise, and measure ads, and to derive audience insights.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2:

• All consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) default to denied on first load.
• We show a cookie banner asking you to choose Accept all (signals granted) or Essential only (signals stay denied — you'll still see ads, just non-personalised).
• You can change your choice anytime via the Cookies link in the footer.

We do not embed ads inside the game iframes themselves. To learn more or opt out at the network level, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Ad Settings.

Children

NOVA is suitable for general audiences. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please email us and we'll remove it.

Your choices

• Use a browser-level privacy mode or tracker-blocking extension — the site keeps working.
• Block third-party cookies — game iframes still work; ads may be less personalised.

Changes

If we change our practices, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least a week before they take effect.
